I personally wasn't sure about Ash getting sidekicks at first, as a large part of the original trilogy's appeal was him surviving on his own. It added to the horror of how hopeless it was, but also the comedy in how useless Ash was LOL.

Still I think they complimented him really well. If it ever comes back I would want Kelly and Pablo there as much as Ash.

Ruby was also brilliant. You can count on Lucy Lawless to give us the most extreme character. The bit where she and the evil Kelly tortured the cute fan girl of Ash, Zoe was the most gruesome scene since the first movie tree scene.

Somehow I don't 100% buy it. Eddie of Skaro claims she filmed a regeneration at the end of the Dalek special, which I assume will form part of series 13, so she technically would not be lying.

I probably won't fully accept she's in it for the long haul until she's out doing some filming.

Odd. I would expect an official announcement about her role in season 13 from the BBC in the first instance. They commission the programmes, not Jodie.

She and Chris did sthg like this a few weeks ago in an interview. BallChin said he would be back next year and then, in an aside to Jodie, he said sthg like "you will be too".

And yet nothing from the BBC itself.

Its like the tail is trying to wag the dog.

I so hope the dog turns round and bites the fuckin' tail off.

Viewing figures south of those Capaldi got should be the death knell surely. Especially as she was hailed as the solution to the collapse in viewing figures during the FatMoff years.

I never really saw anything gay about Top Gun. There's certainly some bromance, but hardly much else.

Yeah, I gotta agree with Maxil on this. Even if it was, I can interpret it as flamboyant masculinity, and of course, there's nothing wrong with flamboyant masculinity (if anything it's my favourite kind of masculinity). And I say this as someone who's not that interested to either gender.

You should. Amazing show. Wall to wall action, insane humour and seriously hot babes. Amy's twin and Xena are of course the best but still.

I always thought Ash's sister from the first Evil Dead movie was really gorgeous. (Not when she was the Deadite LOL) I liked her huge nose.

Anyway this bit is one of my favourites.
