He constantly repeats that point as a strawman. Some fans complained about the lack of genre experience among writers for season 11, so he says that RTD had no genre experience and no one minded.
Well first of all lots of us DID have a probelm with RTD making it too much of a soap opera. (That's one of the biggest criticisms of his entire era!) I love the way he thinks that Who fandom is a monolith.
Still he's not even right. 2 seconds research will show him that RTD begun as a sci fi writer. Dark Season was his first big hit. When I brought this up in a comment though he deleted it.
Its hilarious that he is trying to slander Nerdrotic that way. He's such a hypocrite.

Would most certainly win. Catcallers are generally pricks though, and I can understand some women developing a lot of pent-up anger toward them, particularly if they're being aggressively persistent and ignoring them isn't working.
What concerns me about her tweet is that she seems to really fear men and think that catcallers are likely to become a violent threat. Generally even those men know that you just don't hit women as a rule. Especially out in public. It's dishonorable, you're less than a man for it, and you're just asking to be battered for it by other men.
Feminism and the modern media really seems to have gotten a lot of women needlessly scared and paranoid about men and seeing them as less than human dangerous beasts.
