Hive Podcast

I'm thinking of doing a podcast to tie in with the forum. Not only would I post it here but also on YouTube so that like-minded fans could see it and possibly sign up for the forum. The podcast would involve us reviewing and debating aspects of TruWho in more depth.

I'd be willing to do it with up to three members.

I think it'd be a great idea. I'd need to find the time though, and try to overcome a bit of my mic-shyness first.

I've just had a thought. If we get it off the ground well, we might even be able to interest bowlestrek in coming on and guesting with us sometime.

Maybe we could get Mr Tardis and Claudia Boleyn to guest star on our podcast

Claudia can come on only if she lets us stamp "property of The Hive" on her bum.

I'd probably get along with Claudia.

I'm quite easygoing too. I basically get along with anyone who's into anal.

I used to get along with Claudia fine. The thing that put me off her was the misandry from a lot her tweets.

Its one thing to be an SJW and believe rubbish like the wage gap. That's just being misguided. Hell I used to believe in the wage gap, but Claudia started to post actively anti men tweets. Stuff like "I support men's rights to shut the fuck up." She'd also go on how disgusting male fans are for objectifying female leads whilst posting lesbian drawings of Jodie and Brie Larson and other characters like Missy together.

Even I've never drawn Ingrid Oliver and Dana Delorenzo in a clinch Claudia. Ironically you objectify the female leads in shows more than I do!

Then as I've covered a gazillion times there is her total lack of interest in any original female heroes, along with her desperation for a female Doctor (and other female versions of male heroes), all of which makes her come across as an anti men bigot.

I'd like to think that she is just misguided as she always seemed more reasonable. Believe it or not I was even able to have a convo about Tommy Robinson with her on twitter. (Most SJWs will just stick their fingers in their ears as soon as the unholy one is mentioned! I really appreciate that she was able to listen.)

IMO she's like an SJW Sargon ironically. A decent person, who just fell into one tribe. I'd be more than happy to debate her in a civil way on a podcast, though obviously she'd never show up LOL. Not that she would have to of course. I can't stand it when youtubers and others act that "just because you didn't want to debate me means you're scared." Maybe they just can't be arsed?

Agreed and it creates a double standard against women too. Ironically its what leads to what SJWs call slut shaming, as sexy female leads are shamed as traitors to their sex, contributing to the male gaze, and making regular women feel bad etc.

To be fair fangirls get shamed for their natural urges too. I do actually think its unfair when fangirls are called shallow for fancying David Tennant. Its perfectly natural, the 10th Doctor is designed to be a pin up to women.

I still don't like the Doctor being rewritten to be that, but the blame lies with the producers of course. It would be like if I cast a big babe as Miss Marple and tried to make her sexy. You wouldn't blame the fan boys who'd fancy her, as what other reaction would they have? You'd blame the producer.

IMO all stigma about consenual sex between adults needs to go.

He also used Doctor Who itself as an example too. I loved the way he acted so smug afterwards with a condescending "do your research about me not liking female heroes" the next time.

I seem to be notorious among these people. There's DieMsHappyDie's rants about me and Boofer, and then there are these followers of Trilbee tweeting about me. (I saw this when editing one of my old articles. I was going to delete the link to this tweet until I saw this as I thought it was too much, but then I realised how much of a sore spot this "not liking female heroes" is for them.

I hate to say this but Nerdrotic and Bowlestrek are easier targets. Neither are known for being big fans of female led films and tv series so its easy to slime them as just being threatened by women. I'm not saying they don't like any female led shows or anything or are sexists. They probably do, (as again everyone will probably like a few in this day and age, hence why Jodie is no big deal.)

I on the other hand am known to anyone who visits this board for being a huge fan of female led and created forms of entertainment. Xena, Once Upon A Time, Caro Emerald, Paloma Faith, and of course Amy Winehouse who is in my profile pic! Mr Tardis ironically won't have heard of half of my favourite female entertainers (think he's heard of Caro Emerald for instance?)

His usual tactics of "he just doesn't like strong women" wouldn't work with me so he'd have to actually answer my points, which he clearly can't.

Me however because a lot of my writing is about specific female led things like Xena and Once, then that line doesn't work anymore so..... what else do they have? (Same with other users here like Iank and Mott1 for instance who are big fans of Buffy.)

It doesn't surprise me you like hotdogs. Considering your desire to be pegged I'd imagine you could find a use for them. Though would you prefer it with mustard or curry sauce?
