Not going to link to the youtube clips because the chuntering fuckwits don't deserve the traffic, but even in the cheerleader videos 8 out of 10 of the comments are negative about the new sonic "screwdriver" with several female posters actually identifying the specific brand and type of sex toy whose shape it has copied. A male poster also commented that it's curved so it can hit the prostate.

Mainly its the curved tip on the "handle" that makes it painfully obvious someone is taking the piss.

It seems like a minor thing but this vibrator disguised as a magic wand has caught the attention of the slack jawed fans more than the deeper issues. It's definitely disliked and lots of normies are pointing out how much like a vibrator it looks.

This is just the kind of broad based audience appeal and centre of the road family values that are such a fundamental part of the BBC's commitent to honouring its charter. After all, the compulsory confiscation of money to throw at a government controlled broadcster comes with the obligation to insure that the broadcaster, when it is not devoted to broadcasting agitprop, supports the normative values of the society it is helping to control.

They’ve been taking the piss since 2005 but yeah this new series with Jodie Whittaker is going to be the biggest piss take of the show ever.

This is the thing I don't get about DW fans. They complain about the stupidest things they really do.

Missy in their eyes is okay, even best Master ever, but a couple of fat, multi coloured Daleks is ruining a classic villain beyond repair?

Of course I suppose we all know why that is. You aren't bullied as a bigot for not liking the new paradigm Daleks.

Still even then without that, the things they get annoyed at are stupid. Like take for instance, Daleks in Manhattan/Evolution of the Daleks being hailed as the worst story ever made, because Dalek Sec is so stupid looking, and a scientific gaff like radiation appearing as lightening is too much.

Yet Human Nature/Family of Blood which has possibly the worst acted villain in the shows history (look at the stupid faces Son of mine pulls. That alone never mind the annoying way he speaks "CEASE AND DESIST TALKING THERE'S A GOOD GIRL!" Is laughable.)



Also on top of that it turns the Doctor into a psychotic, hypocritical, sadistic cunt who gets innocent people (including children) killed for no reason, and enjoys torturing child aliens. That's apparently an all time classic?

Well if Jodie's sonic screwdriver really is a vibrator it's the only pleasure anyone's going to get this series!

Maybe I was wrong about there being a porn parody of Jodie's Doctor somewhere down the line. Maybe the actual show is going to be the porn parody. What a twist!

See, sure there's a constant changing of the props for merchandising purposes, but the screwdriver prop has never been changed from straight stick to curved sex toy before. And if it is meant to be a kitbashed sonic screwdriver why the fuck does it look more alien and advanced than the tools created by the Doctor in the TARDIS?

I would go further. Third wave "feminism" has a large sexual element, of an objectionable sort. A big part of that sexualization is the deliberate exposure of children to sexual content. A curved sex toy sonic screwdriver obviously furthers that agenda.

And in faux feminism terms it's also subtextually saying "all this stronk wymyn needs is her vibrator and she's ready for anything! Whatever any MAN may think! THAS RITE BIGGOOTTTSSS!"

I loved that performance - it was supposed to be over-the-top insane and it was incredibly entertaining. The guy's a good actor honestly.
