In no particular order

The Omega Man and the remake - I am Legend
Logan's Run
Planet of the Apes
2001 A Space Odyssey
Forbidden Planet
The Thing - Carpenter
Alien 1-3
Terminator 1&2
Close Encounters
Wrath of Khan
The Time Machine
Invasion (1965). Feels like a dry run for Spearhead From Space.but without the Autons.
First Men in the Moon (1964)
War of the World's (2005)
Both Children and Village of the Damned. Not the Chris Reeve / Kirsty Alley remake.
The Day the Earth Caught Fire
Silent Running

And the cinema release of Battlestar Galactica in 1978/79. It has its faults but I quite like it.
