What if James bond was a time lord? Sean Connery was his first incarnation later decides to go more with his sensitive side becomes the lazenby bond. After the death of his wife chooses his first face again to do battle with Blofeld. Then regenerates and decides to become lighter, funnier the roger moore one. After decides to become even tougher the Dalton incarnation. Then becomes the extra smooth pierce brosnan.

I like this theory personally it is not a fact just a fun what if?

The most important thing here is that his Tardis must be stuck in Aston Martin mode. None of that german rubbish he was driving in the first 3 Brosnan films.
