Micro-narratives or 66-word stories. Really fun, actually. Smile

Especially this one:

I'm working on restoring life to fresh corpses, and I may have found the answer after performing several unsuccessful trials over the years. I did come close once, just ask Uncle Harry. My subjects have been friends and family - they didn't mind.

But I've run out of test subjects, and I'm certain I've found the answer.

Tell me, friend. Does anyone know you came here tonight?

That's the first one from issue 7.

Anyone want to give it a try?

Here is my attempt:

Jon hated nightclubs and dancing, especially the dancing. But he had to see her again. After everything they had been through he couldn’t leave it like this.

He saw her across the dance floor. She was with Susan and Carol. He had liked Carol – but never mind.

As he approached them he put his hand in his pocket and slowly pulled the pin of the grenade.
