Anyone looking forward to these BF releases? Not sure how I feel - I'm kind of interested to hear these beloved stories adapted to audio, but at the same time, is it really necessary? Those old Mills/Wagner/Gibbons tales are nigh on perfect. And that blasted Whittaker-era logo gets everywhere, like a dreadful plague or infection.

I remember these comic strips first time round in Doctor Who Weekly and really loved em.
I agree that sticking the new poo logo onto this product is jarringly inappropriate - it's only a specialised market they can appeal to anyway so using the old Tom era logo would be far more fitting.

I think BF do reversible covers with the old logo though, don't they?

The BF trend to adapting old books and comics is a sign of total lack of new ideas.

Nope. I love Tom but he stopped playing the Doctor years ago, and is simply reading the words on the page as 85 year old Tom Baker now.
It doesn't matter how hard I try I just can't suspend my disbelief enough to enjoy his Big Finish work. Even Peter "2 packs a day" Davison still sounds more like his 82-84 self at this point.

Hmmm. An audio adaptation of Voyager could prove interesting...

Not very encouraging is it? Perhaps they should consider accepting submissions again.
