New Theme

I've tried changing the text colour in the css and the colours tab but it isn't showing up any different in the forum. I'll have a look at other options.

Set up a new theme, I was going to add the classic TARDIS interior pattern as a background but thought I'd keep it simple for now. Let me know what you all think and if the new images are displaying properly.

Not exactly mind blowing and a little conservative, but certainly far more preferable than the Victoria Wood in a Rod, Jane and Freddy suit theme.
