I can't seem to kick the habit of viewing large amounts of porn at a time. I've downloaded Gigabytes worth of the stuff. At 18 I find it concerning that I'm already looking at a lifetime of being a virgin because of my reliance on internet pornography to get me off. I use it to escape from my depression but I end up becoming even more depressed afterwards. It's a vicious cycle.

I'm 35 now and haven't shaken it...I've moved up to "unmasking superheroines" now.

But then went and built another collection. Try to keep them below 100 images. Most of them just sit there, on this device, haven't wanked over them. So they might not do anything for me.

I usually end up rebuilding my collection after deleting stuff. It isn't just porn either. I have 1,000s of images of actresses I constantly fap to. You're best of avoiding clubs and/or bars with loud music. Try your local; go with a mate for moral support. Double approach two girls if need be. Have something to say about yourself. Tell white lies if need be. Create an anecdote about yourself or a situation you've been in, embellish it. Also, LISTEN, look interested, ask some probing questions, show a bit of temerity and maybe neg without being too offensive.

You just need to form social bonds with people. The more contacts you have, the more introductions will happen. Mate's girlfriends always have friends, so arrange a trip out, go to the cinema, have a meal somewhere, join a group pertaining to one of your interests (not wanking, btw).

I find it addictive. The high I exprience from it cannot be matched. I've tried to quit many times before and each time I've come back to it. I've even started to buy clips on impulse because of the rush I get from it. The guilt, shame and anger of my activities only surface once I've ejaculated.
