Anybody hear of Doctor Omega

Just found out about this today. Its a French sci fi book from 1906 that was kind of an early Doctor Who.

Its about a mysterious Doctor who has a time machine that takes him to the canals of Mars. I'm getting it and a compilation of sequel stories by other authors.

Really looking forward to it.
