Perhaps if fandom stopped deluding themselves that Warriors was some misunderstood gem with anything resembling noble intentions, and admitted it was a vile, apocryphal piece of trash, I could take fandom more seriously.

I don't see any need to revive this drama. I left last year because of the fighting between members, though maybe people would be happy if I left.

Tanmann isn't biting back this time. I'm disappointed that someone is deliberately trying to provoke a response in order to create some needless drama.

Agreed. Also I am not keen on ganging up on one member either. I know we rant about a lot of the same things here but so what? This is a minor DW forum that's really more like a pub than anything else, where bitter bastards complain about their football team, or rather tv show, and gush about things they love.
I hope Tanman just ignores this and it blows over personally. I probably shouldn't ever use I'll leave as a threat in any situation however. Everybody will probably be making tanman parody accounts, including tanman now

The ganging up was particularly disturbing but hardly surprising. The hard work done by the moderators over the past year to ensure that the forum was free of the unpleasantness that tainted the forum back in March was probably done in vain.

What exactly happened last time if I may ask?
I've seen a couple of threads but I don't know the entire story.

I left the forum for about a month or so before it got really ugly as I didn't want to take sides. (I know both sides after all.) Also there was a demented poster, posting about his psychotic hatred of women at that point too and I didn't want to be associated with that.
From what I gather, Bryan Braddock, who sadly passed away starting posting about Tanman in a negative way here, calling him a LOL Cow and a saddo and Tanman got pissed so he started insulting him all the time, and then there were parody accounts about Tanman and it got out of control and that's when I called it quits. Tanman however had joined to try and get through to the psycho woman hater and make him see the error of his ways, but got sidetracked by the Bryan drama.

Woah.
This woman hating guy wouldn't happen to be that Nazi guy from the old forum?

He was a Nazi, but I don't know if he was on the old forums. I do recall reading that there was a psycho on the old forum who went on about raping Billie Piper. Maybe that was this psycho? Its sad that these psychos come here. People might find them funny to laugh at, but I find them disturbing.

The less attention he receives the better.

Edward Barlow? The one who confessed his support for grooming gangs and was convinced he was a fox. I feel uneasy talking about him because he always seems to return when I do.

I have to say the funniest parody on this form was Dick Briggs.

I think about "Warriors of the Deep" ALL the time!
Who needs porn when you've got "Warriors of the Deep" to fap off to?
In fact I obsessively post multiple videos on youtube praising it whilst making fapping noises down the microphone.
