The Three Doctors for me. The Five Doctors is good, and certainly has some fascinating lore with Rassilon and Gallifrey, but I seem to care about it less the more I watch it for whatever reason.
Not gonna lie, I don't like The Two Doctors. The Sontarans are completely superfluous, the 2nd Doctor is technically barely in this story and doesn't have as much fun interactions with 6 as I would have wanted, the side characters are completely over the top and hammy in terms of personalities and acting, and the story feels like it takes forever until it actually gets somewhere, the story really should have been a Two-parter.

I find it difficult to choose between 3 and 5. I went off 5 for a while but loved it all over again when I saw it again a month or so back.
I really enjoy Two, but it's not quite the same as the other two somehow.

Three Docs, 'coz it's more of a 'proper' story instead of a greatest hits thing.
I like Five though. Apart from the 80's Cybs, Ainley, and the lack of Tom which takes the edge off. The miserable twat.

Two doctors in first place.
Second place would be Three Doctors.
I don't much care for multi doctor stories tbh. They always feel contrived to me.

The Two Doctors is a flawed gem imo. It might have used more time, or fewer episodes, but it was risky - quite horrific and adult.
Three and Five both played it pretty safe, and it was pretty clear that the 'multi-doctor' idea anteceded and headed anything else in the plot.
They were still very good, and more consistent than the Two Doctors was.

The Three Doctors - I loved it back in 1972/3- shouty Omega, the blobby gel guards, the anti-matter universe, the bickering timelords - all grand stuff to a 9-year-old. Then a bit later, I read and enjoyed the Target novelization, then a lot later, The Three Doctors on video in the '90s. I liked The Five Doctors, but not half as much. For me, The Two Doctors is one of the highlights of the Colin Baker years - funny yet gruesome:
"Eternal blackness. No more sunsets. No more Gumblejacks. Never more a butterfly."
And anything featuring the wonderful Jaqueline Pearce gets my vote.
