Off the top of my head only the Lord of the Rings films had much appeal.
The extended versions especially - a phenomenal eleven-and-a-half hours. It's just a great experience if you have a few days off, and does exactly what fantasy was meant to.

Never really been big on straight fantasy. The Potters at least have one foot in 'our' reality but the LOTTR style stuff always kind of put me off. I need something identifiable and relatable in my escapism.
