Least favourite 80s season?

As a companion piece to Maxil’s ‘favourite 80s season thread’, which 80s season do you guys like the least?

Season 20 for me. Don't get me wrong, Enlightenment is fantastic, and Snakedance and Five Doctors are pretty good as well, but the rest of the stories I find to be so dull and boring to sit through.

Most seem to not be too keen on 20. I feel like I’m one of the few who actually rather likes it for the most part.

Season 24.

From memory i quite like season 20. I know i have to rewatch Enlightenment though. Its one of two stories from season 20 I don't like. I recall it being dreadful with the hamiest of performances from Lynda Barron and a criminally bad one from Leee John. However, several people from round here seem to think highly of it.

Season 21. On the strength of the damage done by Warriors and Twin Dilemma.

Season 23.


Doesn't hold up very well at all. Mindwarp is the low point of the JNT era for me.

I'm with Maxil on this. 23 is dire, bottom of the barrel stuff, and Mindwarp is indeed the lowest of the low.
