Y'all might think I'm crazy, but I'm gong to go for Mel.
She and Colin I thought made an okay team, and their dynamic felt the more comfortable of the two.

I liked her. She whinged a bit but on the whole i liked the abrasive relationship betwen her and the doctor.
I wasn't so keen when things softened between them in The Trial season. Then again I wasn't too keen on the stories she was in. Mysterious Planet was sort of okay but in the second story Sil was a repellent character who should have been left for dead on Varos. (Not the actor by the way. He was fine. I don't want to be accused of hating on little people).
I do wish they hadn't cast Bryant as an american. I prefer her English accent.

I've gone for Mel. They were quite a fun and likeable duo. I do prefer her with Sylvester, though.

6 and Peri for me. They remind me of relationships that always have arguments towards each other, then immediately having angry sex after to calm things down. Obviously, 6 and Peri don't, but it reminds me of those comedic relationships.

Colin and Bonnie are both very loud vocal actors that, without the right sound management from a careful director, can be over-bearing. Nicola was a much better actress.
