Shit- this is difficult to answer. I lean towards either An Unearthly Child (due to episode 1), Spearhead from Space, Terror of the Zygons, Horror Of Fang Rock or Remembrance Of The Daleks.

I will have to carefully consider this one...

An Unearthly Child. The whole 4 part story.

I saw it for the first time at the DWAS Panoptican Convention in - I think - 1979.

I was completely absorbed throughout. I thought it was brilliant. Even episodes 2 - 4 with the cavemen characters.

Other than that - Spearhead from Space. Excellent opener for both a season and a new doctor.

Given that all of my possible other candidates have either been voted for or acknowledged elsewhere, I’ll vote for Zygons.

Either Spearhead from Space or Remembrance of the Daleks. I love Horror of Fang Rock, The Mysterious Planet and Battlefield as well

Probably remembrance close seconds are castravalva and time and the rani for me.

Many great ones but I plumped for Ribos.
