God these people are pathetic.

Why do they care if a character is the same ethnicity as them? If there was a Scottish character on tv would he represent me in every way? Even if he was a feminist, an Ayn Rand fan, hated Amy Winehouse, LOVED New Whon etc.

Why define yourself by a single aspect of your personality. I might add its ironically an aspect that supposedly non racist, non bigoted people shouldn't even care about!

Most heroes made in America are going to be American! Same way that all of the greatest Asian horror and sci fi movies like Godzilla, the Mr Vampire Films, A Chinese Ghost Story, The Heroic Trio, Close Encounters of the Spooky Kind all star Asian people!

Much like with guys like Mr Tardis and Richard Cooper who white knight over wanting to see female heroes, yet NEVER watch anything with female heroes. What are the odds that the people behind this NEVER watch, review or comment on any classic Asian genre movies?
