I think the early part of the Peter Davison era produced some of the best Doctor Who out of all the 26 seasons. And I've always liked Time-Flight, I never really understood where all the crap it gets comes from...

I've really enjoyed Time-Flight the last few times I've watched it. Have you read the novel?

The only Doctor Who book I've ever read was Face of Evil, and that was a long time ago. Are there any interesting changes in the written version of Time-Flight?

There aren't many changes, I just think it comes across better in novel form.  I think they should have used a rear screen projection instead of a painted backdrop for the scenes set outside. They did a similar thing in some scenes of The Time Meddler and it worked really well. I do find the production to be rather charming, though.
