Worst Davison story

Which is the worst story of Davison’s era? I gravitate towards either Time-Flight, The King’s Demons or Warriors of the Deep myself.

Warriors.

It's either Time-Flight or Warriors of the Deep.

Time-Flight probably is the story where it first began to 'all go wrong', where the show falls apart catastrophically at the worst time, suspension of disbelief collapses, and the ineptitude of execution exposes the fan-pandering cynicism of the whole thing. Where there's no plot logic for events happening beyond 'because the producer wishes it'

But I think I'd settle on Warriors of the Deep, simply because at least Time-Flight wasn't mean-spirited and wasn't a complete insult to anyone who's actually lived through war.
Warriors was and remains the worst onscreen character assassination of the Doctor ever, as though all of Terrance Dicks' and Robert Holmes' hard work over the years to develop the Doctor into an intelligent hero worth rooting for with a wisdom worth listening to, was for nothing.

It really is the Arachnids of Classic Who. The "these people don't know what they're doing anymore" moment.

Warriors of the Deep. Utterly despicable and horrid through the entire story. I also can't stand Four to Doomsday, Time-Flight, Arc of Infinity, Terminal Boredom and The King's Demons.

Arc of Infinity. It only exists so that some pleb could name himself after one of the characters on an internet forum.

There's a quite beautiful final ten-fifteen minutes to Arc that kind of redeems it for me, or at least makes me want to be more charitable toward it as a might've been classic.

So I wouldn't agree it's the worst.

There's a few contenders... Castrovalva, Warriors of the Deep. Kings Demons, Four to Doomsday...
I'd probably go for Kings Demons because it's such a non-entity.

After re-watching it recently, mine is definitely Warriors. What a poorly written and conceived pile of crap that was.

Tied between Warriors and Four To Doomsday.

The former is awful, but I can at least watch it out of morbid curiosity.

The latter just bores me to tears...

Four to Doomsday is such a relaxing watch for me. I much prefer it to Castrovalva.

I’ve always seen Four to Doomsday as a bit of a non entity, but I’d say it’s simply average veering on passable. I’d take it over Warriors, myself.

Probably Four to Doomsday. Just sthg boring about it. And the Doctor's cricket ball scene in space doesn't seem right to me - but i am no expert.

It was pretty cool to see Vargas from Thunderball in it.

I found Maxil kinda interesting in arc of infinity that's why i came up with my fan spinoff

I've kind of mellowed toward Time-Flight in recent years.
