Automatic machine guns to replace all those pieces of paper they place on the windscreens of miscreant car drivers parking on double yellow lines.

Imagine the impact on Local Authority car parking penalty income (increase payment of fines) and cemetery / cremation income (increase dead people re those who still refuse to pay their fine) which they can then invest in their social care services. Or maybe keep a few more libraries open.
