Agreed I haven't enjoyed BeKind's last few posts like this one and the one about the male suicides. I don't think that they were intended to be offensive to either Dicks or Suicide victims.

However I still don't think they were funny simply because they aren't really parodying the SJW side of fandom accurately. Can you imagine even the most rabid SJW like Whovian Feminism gloating over young men killing themselves, or Terrance Dicks death? The SJW fans like Mr Tardis and Paul Cornell have all paid loving tributes to Terrance Dicks. Lets be fair to them. We don't need to make out that the SJWs are THAT horrible to take apart their arguments.

BeKind has always been a hilarious parody because it was exactly like the things these people would come out with. The "Jodie and Brie Larson are the first ever female heroes" crap that Mr Tardis still says, telling us we need to stop objectifying women whilst posting lesbian porno drawings like Claudia Boleyn does all the time. Even the being horrible about Amy Winehouse whilst designed to troll me, is reminiscent of these people who bashed her and other vulnerable famous women like Kerry Katona in the 00s, in really nasty, misogynistic ways, cause it was trendy back then to be horrible and "edgy", but are now feminists boasting about how they respect women. (Like those cunts Eminem or Frankie Boyle.)

That was all well observed, but this however? Its not like the SJWs in any way shape or form. Its too nasty and aggressive and mad even for them. Unlike Mr Tardis we don't resort to strawmen, which this sadly was. Also I think the timing as Terrance Dicks had died just a day ago was completely innappropriate too. We shouldn't use Dicks death as a time for ripping on the toxic side of fandom. Every other day can be used for that.

I think there are crazy SJWs who would and indeed have gloated over a famous person's death just because they were supposedly guilty of 'white maleness'.

I just don't think Who fandom's SJWs have crazies quite like that (at least not yet), and certainly I can't imagine the usual suspects (Claudia, MrTardis) sinking that low.

Yeah scum like Steve Shives who attacked David Bowie on the day of his death would be all up for it, but I guess as bad as Who fandom might seem right now we're lucky that its just sell outs like Mr Tardis, self loathing males like Samuel Davis, chancers like Whovian Feminism and naive feminists like Claudia rather than real psycho's.

I've always hated #BeKind personally. There is such a thing as overkill.

Just read her piece on Terrance Dicks. What a prat. She seems to endorse Paul Cornell’s moronic view that Pertwee’s Doctor was somehow a ‘tory’, whilst offering little to no real insight into these perspectives beyond the superficial. Frankly, at this point, I wish New Who hadn’t come back, as it’s only given these fools a voice and allowed them to tarnish the works of the classic series. Oh- and Cornell’s scripts (which she praises over Dicks’ works) are overrated tawdry bollocks which thrive purely in adolescent angst and pretentiousness. Human Nature is one I used to think was good, though after re-watching it, I’ve realised just how mawkish and simplistic it all is.
