Rooting for Season 6 because ich liebe Zoë.
With the Mind Robber, the Invasion, and the War Games - and the underrated serials aside - I think it's sorely unappreciated.

I'm gonna go with 6 too. Way too much of 4 still missing, and I think 5 may be a little overrated. Again, that might change if they find/animate Snowmen, Fury and the rest of Wheel, but for the moment I'm still plumping for 6.

Undoubtedly Season 5, one of the very best out of the whole 26 year run of the Classic Show.
It's just a shame so fucking much of it is missing.

Voted Season 5, mainly on the strength of Web of Fear.

Season 5 for me. One of the best Who Seasons of all time. I'm not fond of The Abominable Snowmen and Wheel In Space, but every other story is an 8/10 and above. That said, Season 4 is creeping up to be joint first with it being more discovered, one way or another.

Season 5, without a doubt (though I love them all). There’s a rather cinematic flair to all of the stories (especially The Web of Fear, one of the slickest productions ever conceived for the original series), and I don’t dislike a single story. The weaker ones are Enemy and Wheel, but they’re still competently crafted, and the rest range from thoroughly enjoyable to excellent (bar Snowmen, which is the only missing TruWho story I have still yet to experience in any form bar episode 2, which I found rather impressive myself). It features some fucking brilliant stock music too, especially in Tomb and Web (the presence of Bartók’s music reinforces the atmosphere tremendously), whilst Simpson’s score for Fury from the Deep is unsettling as all hell.
I’m probably one of the only fans who finds Victoria tolerable too, mostly due to her lovely character dynamic between Troughton’s Doctor, with their brief dialogue in Tomb serving as a wonderful character moment in particular.
