firstly my cheekbones look much larger than i remember them being. and i check the mirror at all possible angles several times a day. at that view they look especially pronounced.
second there seems to be major hypertrophy of the masseter, but in a weird distribution that makes my face look much larger horizontally.
i don't know what would cause this. there's no inflamation i have no dental or gingival infection. i don't have bruxism either.
