Pseudo Who?

I was just thinking that, with The Orville doing a homage to classic Star Trek that many fans regard as more ST than the new show or movies, it's a shame someone can't come up with the same for Who. There's got to be a gap in the market for a more classic-who style sci-fi adventure time travel series. Forget the mythology, just going back to the Hartnell premise of a small group with an unpredictable space-time machine could, in the right hands, be more Doctor Who than Who is now.
Netflix, anyone?
