Top 10 worst Who stories

As Maxil has requested list based threads, I thought I’d make one. List your personal top 10 worst Who stories of all time. This applies to both Classic and New (though my list would consist entirely of New Who stories- I need to make one, actually).

A top 20 or 30 list is also acceptable.

Is that for both Classic and New, or just Classic? If it’s the latter, it’s a fine list.

Just for classic, I'll get round to doing a list for NuWho later.

Definetly twice upon a turd,hellbent,for nu who,re one with the cyberman dead brigadier was that death in heaven. Classic maybe two stories I truly didn't like the mutants I will figure out one more to add.

I gave up on The Tsuranga Conundrum 20 minutes in on account of being as boring, vacuous, charmless and crass all all fuck. I’ve never gone back to series 11 since.

Arachnids seemed worse at the time, though.

This is meant to be a joint list for New and Classic Who, but it is nevertheless 100% New Who. As dire as some of classic Who sometimes was, it was never as bad as New Who's worst was.

Final caveat: I could add to this list. There is stuff not on this list which, on another day, i would put on instead. There are also other stories i sort of like but which Moffat ruins by really annoying set pieces contained within them - e.g., World Enough & Time and The Doctor Falls with all the quasi-pornographic crap between Missy, The Master and the Doctor that he slips in.

I really wouldn't know where to start with a New Who thread, plus I haven't seen them all, so that gets me off the hook.
