For me the seventh doctors all his outfits plus the fifth his cricket outfit. Third probably fourth doctors .

I do like Sylv's garb, esp with the darker jacket. Smithy's early tweed getup is also very appealing. Far more Doctorish than his two immediate predecessors.

It's a tie between Pertwee's Green Death/Death to the Daleks outfit or McGann's outfit in the TV Movie. Both are extremely well-crafted, Victorian looking and stylish. Smith's Victorian outfit in Series 7B and Capaldi's velvet outfit are also really well done and memorable as well.

Best IMO is the 4th Doctor's original outfit from Robot-Planet Of Evil.

The 7th Doctor's Season 24/Season 25 outfit.

Troughton's disheveled, scruffy tramp look. It provided an interesting contrast to officialdom in stories where the doctor had to face off against such people.
