Dear God. I don't know her in the slightest but if there's anything more fucking annoying to people who are actually writers than people who can get published solely because they're already famous I haven't yet found it. Rolling Eyes

Not read the link but if her book isn't caused "I'm Only Famous Because My Fanbase Are Perverts Who Think I Am A Prepubescent Girl And I Am All Too Happy To Take Their Coin That's Right Not Only Have I No Arse But There's A Price On It And Everything I Say Is Suspect"
Then frankly, she can do one! Laughing

She is a model who has decided she is an actress and now a novelist. She may be a great model but her acting is average. She reminds of Tara Palmer-Tompkinson or some royal who thinks they can CEO a company because their dad bought it or Ivanka Trump becoming a White House aid or whatever. She might be a lovely girl but every time I have seen her she looks like a sulky teenager and her guest show appearances remind me of Russell Brand's inability to stop talking shit. Americans will love her.

I guarantee that whatever she has written will be better than the entire Peter Capaldi era of Doctor Who Very Happy

The complete works of Jeffery Archer are probably better than the Capaldi era but I am not planning on reading them either. There is a long list of things that are better than the Capaldi era that I have no intention of experiencing. Syphilis is better than the Capaldi era.

What are the chances she actually wrote the whole thing and this isn't a Katie Price type of deal? Between the modelling, acting, interviews and throwing her own name in the ring to be the next James Bond, it must be difficult to find the time to write a novel.

She can't act... Stop giving her work...

It's insulting to anybody that can act. Not that I have much respect for people who pretend for a living - go get a proper job...

Who says you need to act to be an actress? Anna Friel has just won an international Emmy for her performance on Marcella. What next? Dick van Dyke winning an award for 'best movie accent' in the Mary Poppins sequel?

Luc Besson's EuropaCorp Plans Layoffs Following 'Valerian' Losses

The company plans to cut 22 employees company-wide after the director retook the helm of the company on Jan. 1.
Luc Besson’s EuropaCorp plans to lay off 22 of its Paris-based staff in an effort to cut costs and refocus on core business activities after the box-office failure of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.

In a brief statement Monday, the company said it would cut its workforce from the current 79 employees to 57 to “carry out its strategy of refocusing on core business activities.”

The company posted an $83 million loss in December, following a record $135 million loss for the 2016 financial year.

Founder Besson retook the helm of the company on Jan. 1 following the departure of CEO Marc Shmuger in November. Deputy CEO Edouard de Vesinne left in September.

EuropaCorp sold off its French-language TV production arm in November for $13 million in an effort to bolster its growing English-language TV production, which remains a bright spot for the struggling company. It produces NBC’s Taken and the just-announced The French Detective starring Oscar-winner Jean Dujardin.

That was the latest in asset sales, after the company unloaded its multiplex business in 2016.
