Here's one to start.

McCoy stupidly dangling from the ice cliff edge for no reason in Dragonfire

vs

Matt Smith stupidly dangling from the Tardis for no reason as it's being towed by helicopter in Day of the Doctor.

Not so much things fans take the piss out of, but rather things they credit NuWho for instead of 80's Who.

The Daleks conquering the stars in 1988:
The Daleks conquering the stars in 2005: Woah! Finally!

I also take great issue with fans claiming Rose to be the first fully fleshed out companion. Have they never seen Ace?

What makes the Dalek stair sequence more annoying is that the 2005 version has aged worse with the obvious CGI Dalek whereas the 1988 one has practical effects that aged much better which is ironic considering how the McCoy era is often unfairly slated as looking cheap and tacky.

The use of celebrities. The 80s gave light entertainment celebs real roles that they often played very well (usually because, in most cases, they were actually actors beforehand). Anyone who has no idea who Nerys Hughes, Nicholas Parsons or even Hale and Pace are nowadays will not be taken out of the story they're in for a moment.
New Who shoves in light entertainment celebs for gratuitous cameos as themselves that does nothing but date the thing. The former was viciously and endlessly attacked, but the latter is a-okay, apparently.
