Cool to see Weapon so high. I much prefer Croucher as Travis.

I like both versions of Travis equally.

I think a lot of what makes Weapon so good is the really interesting and well developed characters that only show up in that episode: Coser and Carnell. (And Rashel was hot.)

Blake at #1? - I've always sort of thought of it as the ultimate in "WTF just happened?" endings.

Totally agree. A lot of the chicks in the show were smoking!

I love Blake for the tone mostly. You just get the sense that even the characters know their luck may have just run out. I was in total shock for days after I saw it.

I haven't got round to re-watching Season 4 yet. The first two seasons are brilliant and the third one was good and better than I remembered....

Could never get into Croucher's Travis. Bit too camp and lacked Greif's menace.

I think the first 3 seasons were better than the 4th. 2 was probably the best.

Series four is the best. Episodes like Rescue, Stardrive, Games, Gold, Sand, Orbit, Blake are wonderfully entertaining. Even the universally maligned Animals is better than shit like Moloch.

I'd say my ratings for the first three are similar to the Star Wars Original Trilogy.

Season 1/Star Wars: Great and solid but not as excellent as....
Season 2/ The Empire Strikes Back: The pinnacle of both series.
Season 3/ Return Of The Jedi: Not as excellent as the previous two, but still mostly solid.

The worst episode is still Voice from the Past. I've never been able to sit through the entire thing.
