Best season 7 story

Which is the best of Pertwee’s debut season? I love every story, but it has to be Inferno for me.

Inferno, but that's like picking a favourite child; they are all equally wonderful. Season 7 is easily my favourite Doctor Who Seasons/Series next to Season 26.

I went for Inferno too, but yeah, they're all great.

The Silurians for me, just pipping Spearhead to the post.
I like them all obviously, but I've never quite understand why 'Inferno' is almost always the choice of the season for most people. If anything, it's the most repetitive of the four.

I just love the oppressive atmosphere it presents, and how brilliantly conceived the parallel world storyline is. I’d also say it’s the best directed of the season, and has a truly ominous score- if anything, I see it as the most evocative story in Who history. Although The Silurians is bloody fantastic too.

True, the whole parallel universe thing gives the story an enormous lift.

I cant really differentiate between them. One of the best seasons ever imho.

Poor old Ronald. He was never an Olivier, but to end up in such a terrible programme seemed to make him ten times more wooden playing David Hunter.
Funny when he cropped up as Uncle Quentin in the Comic Strip Famous Five spoofs though. He was still playing David Hunter....

I say between silurians and spearhead from space inferno was pretty good too.
