The Predator

Shane Black (Lethal Weapon, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Iron Man 3, The Nice Guys) will write and direct the fourth Predator movie. He also starred in the original and did some script doctoring for it. Black also confirmed that the movie will have an R rating, tweeting: "And, just to be clear... PG-13 is for pussies. Spines bleed... a lot."

Possibly, even if it's just a cameo. He did meet with Shane Black not long after he was announced to write and direct. The people in the photo are the only main characters, so unless they're keeping him secret to surprise us...



It can't be worse than Predators, at least. It's confirmed to be a sequel to the original and not some kind of reboot, I just hope they don't make Predator 2 not canon.

Not at this point, it doesn't sound good.

From what I've heard the film doesn't really differentiate Predators from more generic alien baddies. Their warrior's code of honour was a vital element before...
