1 Suffering from a porn addiction. on Sat Feb 03, 2018 9:25 pm

I can't seem to kick the habit of viewing large amounts of porn at a time. I've downloaded Gigabytes worth of the stuff. At 18 I find it concerning that I'm already looking at a lifetime of being a virgin because of my reliance on internet pornography to get me off. I use it to escape from my depression but I end up becoming even more depressed afterwards. It's a vicious cycle.

Hire a decent escort once or twice a month. That'll perk you right up.

Well to be honest I rather go for the photographs online as opposed to the films.
I have had relationships they haven't worked out.
I suppose if you want to break the habit you just delete it all and move on. I've deleted downloads.
But then went and built another collection. Try to keep them below 100 images. Most of them just sit there, on this device, haven't wanked over them. So they might not do anything for me.
See my thing is bondage. I don't like the Master Servant dungeon stuff but women tied up, I find awesome.
In the old days it used to be scenes on TV but the stuff online is better shot, more direct.
Plus scenes on TV these days are usually rape stuff or they end up killed afterwards which is a bit of a turn off.
No fun in it. If there were two pictures of the same model tied but one was her looking scared and the other one was her laughing, I'll download the laughing one.
I'm not as controlled by it as I used to be.
And obviously women dressed as schoolgirls is nowhere near as sexy to me as they are supposed to be.

And right now everyone on this forum is thinking "FUCKING HELL!!!" but you know, if sexual relationships are supposed to be phased out as the tin foil people have it, then I'm your future!

Hope you deal with it. It is what it is. Keep what's inside on the inside and just take it one day at a time.
It's a jungle out there and I don't even have to wonder as I've worked out how to breathe when I'm under.
Most people think I'm Gay anyway. I know who I am so don't give a fuck!

I tell you if ever forums are required by law to reveal their true names and identities that's us fucked!
I think we worry too much about how we're perceived. Anyway, must go as this is probably the longest post I've ever typed on this forum!

I usually end up rebuilding my collection after deleting stuff. It isn't just porn either. I have 1,000s of images of actresses I constantly fap to. Really can't be good for my health but there you go. Not into bondage myself. I prefer stuff that focuses on the girl's ass, usually soaked in oil. It isn't so much of how I'm perceived but a desire to want to improve myself before I go completely off the rails. It is hard to stop when the girls just keep getting more and more beautiful. That's life I guess, full of temptation and struggle.

What's stopping you from getting into a relationship?

Self-esteem? Are you a bit of a ugly cunt? Or are you low on resources and/or charm? Do you smell or look bad?

You can attract a woman in spite of being a bit of a wasp-chewer. I won't pretend it's easy (I've got a countenance like a pugnacious Semite), but at your age I was still getting girls.

If you don't have a job or a car, fix that - no girl wants to go out with a JSA claimant who buses it with all the other plebs. You can't blame them, their biology is telling them to pick someone with good resources in order to raise a child - even if they don't yet want to have one.

Get a gay man to suggest clothing styles, haircut and facial hair types (if you have any). Choose a classy, timeless cologne (but not one that your grandad wears), and ask your mates who are successful how they approach girls.

Once you've done this the best way is to approach. Not in a cheesy way, but just to strike up a normal conversation and get to know a girl. Start with confident smile. If they make a face like you just farted or physically recoil, move on. If you get a smile back, introduce yourself, but avoid cliches or chat up lines.

You're best of avoiding clubs and/or bars with loud music. Try your local; go with a mate for moral support. Double approach two girls if need be. Have something to say about yourself. Tell white lies if need be. Create an anecdote about yourself or a situation you've been in, embellish it. Also, LISTEN, look interested, ask some probing questions, show a bit of temerity and maybe neg without being too offensive.

You just need to form social bonds with people. The more contacts you have, the more introductions will happen. Mate's girlfriends always have friends, so arrange a trip out, go to the cinema, have a meal somewhere, join a group pertaining to one of your interests (not wanking, btw).

If you get someone into bed a: trim that shit - no-one wants to swing in the jungle with tarzan these days. b: don't expect 'porn sex' - you'll be lucky to last 3 minutes first time anyway. c: learn oral sex and d: don't get the baby oil out until at least the tenth time.

Just be yourself, unless you are a complete cunt in which case best no bother.

Do I give off that impression? LOL

Seriously, thanks for the words of wisdom guys. I think my suffering is not the content itself but my own mind set. I'm hoping to change.

Nah Very Happy

It was a dig at people who offer bullshit platitudes like "be yourself", urgh!

'Be yourself' is probably the worst bit of advice if you're not getting your leg over.

Unfortunately, making yourself slightly more interesting than you are normally is considered a major deception by the lunatic fringes - to the point where saying you have a BMW or have traveled the world to get someone's kecks off is rape.

I kid you not.

The good news is that I've finally deleted my porn collection and have been off it for a while.
The bad news is that I can't bring myself to delete the picture folder I have of hot blonde actresses from the 80s LOL

To be honest I'm feeling better about myself. More confident to engage with people. I'm going bowling with a huge group of people for my birthday, something I would never have agreed to do maybe a month or so ago. It's all up from here.

It was me. I held myself back. My confidence has increased since I dropped my porn & masturbation habit. I'm also eating right, drinking plenty of water a day, taking cold showers and working out more than I have done before. I'm seeing more and more physical and mental improvements every day. I'm not going to rush into something just yet but I'm far more positive now about my chances of finding someone. A kick up the backside is all it takes.

I don't see why watching pornography would be a problem. Why is it a problem? Are you ashamed of it?
