How often do you workout?

1 How often do you workout? on Sat Feb 03, 2018 11:10 am

I like to do 30-45 minutes on my stationary bike every day and about 20 minutes of jogging with some other workouts (push ups, star jumps) thrown in. I do it for my mental health mainly as I'm able to shake off my depressive feeling for just little while when I'm active.

What about you?

I like to do about an hours worth of jogging every two days or so. I'll just go on these really long runs while listening to music on my iPod and just kinda zone out. It's remarkable how much better just an hours worth of running can make you feel better from both a physical and mental standpoint.

Haven't been arsed since October, but am gonna get back on track next week. Aim for every other day for an hour or two.
