Emphasis on the word "COULD" but Doctor Who on a Sunday?

https://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/doctor-who-could-time-travel-11982146

"Chris is taking Doctor Who apart to give it a revamp. The only things viewers will immediately recognise are the sonic screwdriver, the TARDIS and the theme tune.

(Meanwhile at recording of "The Caves Of Androzani)

Peter: Not a very persuasive argument actually Stotz, given the mess left by the last showrunner!

Director: Cut! Cut! No Peter, the line is "Not a very persuasive argument actually Stotz, because I'm going to die soon anyway!

Peter: Oh! Hahaha! Sorry. It was like a ghost from the future just spoke to me! Hahaha! If only computers were more developed and I had the ability to share this on some sort of messenger that could be read by anyone...

He just has smugness written all over him, even back then as he trashes Pip and Jane. I bet he'd throw his toys out of the pram if he was in their position.

No doubt the tosser wrote tons of fan fic back in the 80s and will probably resurrect them for the current series like the other two clowns did.

is worse than this:

So the Rosa Parks episode seems to definitely be a thing now, and I've heard that the Christmas special has been nixed and the series is going to begin airing from October

Oh, god... I've got a really bad feeling that they're going to write it so that it's the Doctor who inspires Rosa Parks to do what she famously did all those years ago. I hope the writers aren't quite that stupid.

Season 2 of Borechurch is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen, so Chibbers is the perfect man to take over Nu Who (or should we now call it Boobs Who?)

The bit early on when David Tennant's character (nepotism?) puts Eva Myles' character (nepotism?) in a safe house only for the suspect to stroll in and jump out the window with her was so unbelievable that RTD and Moffat must've immediately recognised their successor!

I stopped watching it halfway through the first season. Most boring murder mystery ever!

And don't get me started on season 2's ending! The perpetrator from season 1 is punished by getting sent to Sheffield!?

Now Chibbers has taken over Dr Who perhaps that'll happen to Davros or the Master too...

"Bradley Walsh and co-stars..." Laughing

His defense is even better

"As a non-Doctor Who fan, I feel Bradley Walsh is the most recognisable person there"

To think the putrid little cunt behind this had the cheek to slag off the 80s production team.

Wow, Jodie's delivery of the "Yes, result!" line sounded incredibly awkward and unnatural. Truly a remarkable actress that is totally worthy of playing one of the most beloved characters in Sci-Fi history.

Titans 13th Doctor comic books will have an all-female creative team

It was a dire line reading. I see the Doctor still thinks he's a teenage lad "Yes, result!" is something an idiot says when they beat their mate on an arcade game or something.

Based on what I've seen of her so far, the writers seem to be going for a David Tennant style Doctor for Jodie's particular incarnation. Expect her to act like a goofy, cringey, hyperactive kid with ADHD going through a massive sugar rush when Series 11 rolls around.

I'd love it if they cancelled it with him in charge. Pip Baker would certainly find it amusing after having the twat lecture him back in 86.
