Black trans, midget male speaking in full-on urban slang, 'stepping aside' for his female companions and letting them resolve the plot in every episode.

That's the future. I've seen it in my dreams.

Speculation: might Doctor Who series 11 be released in one go?

I'd rather it not be released at all.

Did anyone find out if this was an April Fool's joke? If it were any other show it'd definitely be a wind-up, but Nu Who is a permanent joke, so who knows...

Potential spoilers...

The South Africa filming may have been for an alien setting, with "pureblood" Sontarans...not a clone batch

Walsh's character is married to a black woman. Walsh is the only white companion. There seems to be a linear regression through the history of misogyny/racism.

21st c. 20th c. 17th c. 16th c.

Joan of Arc is 15th c. Keep a look out for 'French' location filming.

Number of aliens/monsters/robots/spaceships seen so far - nil.

I wonder how the BBC will waste our money doing this shoot in South Africa. Will it be another POTD which could have been filmed on any fucking beach or a quarry? How many fucking buses will they craash this time.

Honestly, after RTDs complete fucking waste of money, not to mention ethical issue of filming in Dubai, the BBC should have been penalised by the accounts watchdog for wasting public money. Also RTD should have been sacked.

It's not the BBC. It's BBC Studios which is a commercial enterprise and in coproduction with BBC America.

No license fee money funding this any more.

It's on on Sunday evenings either before Poldark/Call the Midwife or in that slot.

They are aiming for the Outlander audience.

I think these two will replace Tom and Lis Sladen as the favourite Doctor/Companion double act in most people's hearts.

God Jodie is just so lovable. Not at all annoying and Bradley Walsh has such charisma.

Jodie comes across as a 13 year old girl trapped in an adult woman's body in almost every interview I see her in.

Its going to be so much fun watching this crash and burn. I don't feel bad for Jodie, she is a complete arsehole who is complicit in the demise of an enduring icon.

Take a look at this interview.

Actors Have A Moral Duty To Oppose Trump, Tories And Brexit Offstage and On

Yeah doesn't give us high hopes for her series does it? Dear god if you thought the virtue signalling in the Moffat era was bad you ain't seen nothing yet!

In this day and age I really respect guys like James MaCavoy and Hugh Jackman both of whom never talk about politics so as not alienate fans of the franchises they are involved in. Its a shame because I don't honestly think an actor shouldn't be allowed to say what they think politically about something.

Its just that nowadays they are such smug, virtue signalling, cunts who talk down to the little people, and worst of all they have to bring their views into everything, which is really unprofessional IMO.

What the hell is the difference between these two? Its sad to think this is the future of Doctor Who. One can only shudder at what Terry Nation and William Hartnell would think.

I will say though I blame the self loathing fanboys for this just as much as the feminists. At least when Doctor Who dies our consciences will be clear as we tried to stand up for the show we liked, unlike Clayton Hickman, Richard H Cooper, Gary Russell those gits on Planet Skaro, Steven Moffat who sold it out.

Because the only reason to object to a female Who is lack of imagination, right? Rolling Eyes
