Fried mash, roasted cherry tomatoes, cauldron sausages, roasted portobello mushroom and 2 poached eggs.

Are you a regular breakfast skipper, Zaz?

I used to be. I go big with breakfast, small for lunch and balanced for tea (dinner - for you toffs out there!)

My usual breakfast is shredded wheat, raw honey, banana and fat free greek yoghurt, followed by some more fruit and maybe a pot of coffee.

Omelette and usually all bran, to keep me regular. I can't eat big in the morning so don't always fit the All Bran in.
