I doubt anyone else here has heard of her, but you need to check her stuff out. She is brilliant and good god is she gorgeous. She is the spitting image of Ingrid Oliver. Particularly in the video for her song "The Ghost of You". In the thumbnail she could be Ingrid's twin.

She's really big in Europe, but sadly not as much here, but definitely give her stuff a listen.

Really hope she becomes bigger around the world. She's my new fave.

"The Ghost Of You" is awesome. I'll be downloading that one from Itunes.

She's a very classy and talented lady. I'm surprised I've never heard about her until you mentioned her the other day on another thread. Some of her stuff is well down my street.

Glad you like her. She is amazing, very under appreciated and as you say very classy.

Here are some more gems from her.

She also did a brilliant cover of my all time favourite song, from my all time favourite singer, Amy Winehouse.

Obviously Amy's is better. That is her song, but still Caro definitely did it justice.

Caro should sing the next Bond theme. Not to get off topic, but I think they should go back to doing old school Bond movies like the Roger Moore ones. (He was the best Bond IMO.)

I'm not knocking the new Bond movies per se. They're certainly not a tenth as bad as New Who. They're a different take on Bond yes, but not one that feels like its going out of its way to shit on the original like New Who.

Still and I know this is just taste, but I'd like a Bond movie that's a bit lighter, and more action packed, visiting exotic locations etc, like Moore.

IMO they should get Tom Ellis (who currently plays Lucifer and would make a fantastic Roger Moore style Bond. He'd make a pretty good Doctor too, but since the dear old Doc is dead, then I hope he gets Bond.)

Dana Delorenzo should be the feisty Bond Girl, and Charles Dance or Simon Templeman should be the delightfully evil, posh British villain, or Clancy Brown should be the evil, suave, Luther style badguy.

The movie with that cast, done in the style of the Moore Bonds, and with Caro Emerald doing the music would be awesome!

Gosh, she really does look like Osgood quite a bit! I would argue Caro Emerald is more beautiful but only slightly. Are you sure they're not related? That's a good cover. Not on par with the original but still a solid effort.

The Moore films were charming and the campy style was so irresistible. I really miss that era. I've only watched the Craig movies once each and I have no intention of watching them again. I just found them really dull and distant and I also noticed that Craig's Bond is just a watered down version of Timothy Dalton's brooding and serious Bond from the 80s.

If I was going to sit down and chill out with a Bond movie on a Saturday night then it would probably be a Moore film and not just because he had the hottest Bond girls Wink

This is the best Big Grin

Couldn't agree more. I always watch at least one Rog Bond a year.
The only Craig I even liked at the cinema was Skyfall, and I found that boring the second time! LOL

Nah sorry I don't think Caro is more beautiful. Though granted they are so alike it doesn't make a difference LOL. I think that Ingrid's smile is quite possibly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. Caro's smile is gorgeous too, but nothing can top Ingrid's. They both have unbelievably sexy voices too. Caro's speaking voice is gorgeous too. I don't know if Ingrid is a good singer though, but good god is her speaking voice perfect.

Roger Moore is just what I think of when I hear Bond. He had the hottest Bond Girls for sure, the most flamboyant villains, the best action sequences, the most exotic locations, the best music and by far and away the best one liners.

"What a helpful chap" still cracks me up.

Apparently there already is an facebook page to get Caro to sing the new James Bond theme. I'm not surprised. So many of her tunes have such a Bond feel to them already. That bit in Ghost of You where she goes on about a good man being like a draft from a cigarette is so the type of cheesy thing I can imagine Sean Connery or Roger Moore's Bond saying about women LOL
