Windows 10 (Aggressive Updates)

I use Windows 7 which I find preferable to Windows 10 for lots of reasons, but I am sick of the constant nagging to upgrade to Windows 10. This morning there was a massive Splash screen on my machine that couldn't be closed down unless I accepted the update. Here's how you can get around that:
